Atlas Capital Group S.A. is an independent company, whose purpose is to gather information on investment opportunities and to summarize and provide this information to its shareholders/members.
Atlas Capital Group S.A. is designed primarily for private investors, companies as well as individuals, and is comprised by a limited number of investors. Each investor is personally invited, and Atlas Capital Group’s recommendations and services are for members only. Atlas Capital Group is independent, with no ties to any other financial corporation.
Atlas Capital Group S.A. offers a number of investment projects that are suitable for our members’ personal situation. These projects are exclusive to our members, and gives access to investments that are normally only open to investors with very high net worth. The projects are open to all our members, and we focus on several types of investments, including Real estate, structured capital products and Private equity.
Atlas Capital Group S.A. always strives to be an active owner in our investments, and we are often engaged in the board of the companies we invest in. This is our way of guaranteeing that we always have influence and control of the development of our invested projects.
Atlas Capital Group S.A. is registered in Luxembourg, with the head office in Luxembourg and a Scandinavian office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Investment Strategy
Atlas Capital Group S.A. provides the opportunity to invest with several securitization vehicles, in which all members may invest. These vehicles are designed to handle separate projects with various strategies and risk levels. One of them, Coral Investments S.C.A., is designed as a trading fund and is focused on delivering an annual profit while observing very strict risk control.
